RETURNS / WARRANTY

All warranty enquiries should first be e-mailed over to dan@4downdistribution.com. You should include a picture of the product and information on the place and date of purchase


We cannot guarantee that every product will be replaced, but as long as it comes under the original manufacturers warranty or has a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to get the problem turned around in the fastest time possible. Even if it does not fall under this criteria, we always try to help out where we can, so you are back on your bike asap!


When asked to return the item, send it with the original receipt, place and date of purchase to the address below,
Make sure to include your name, address, e-mail and phone number in with the item so we can contact you with any info!
