GREY HAVEN MALAGA TRIP PHOTOS

James Newrick recently organised a week long trip to Malaga to film for his upcoming video Grey Haven, and invited along 4Down team members Marv, Cookie, James Cox, Tommy C and Tom Blyth amongst a heavy crew of UK heads. Click the image above to take a look at a few photos of what they got up to out there..

Newrick clocks some footage in the ditch…

Tom Blyth one-ups his previous Ride UK cover shot on this famous spot with a topside whip.

Wozzy kept everyone entertained throughout the trip…

Our newest ANML recruit Cookie, railride.

The crew, minus a few members. As you can see, the weather wasn’t playing ball for a few days of the trip…

Shanky looked the most hungover every morning but still did ridiculous things every day, including this huge hop into the ‘ghetto cube’. Photo by Wozzy.

Some skaters had made a ledge and flat bar in a drainage ditch. After shaking on a strict policy of no grinds on the marble ledge, Newrick takes care of this nose manual.

Whilst Cookie was trying to film a clip on a rail, we were ambushed by a Monster pickup truck blasting out extreme music. The even more extreme looking driver jumped out of the vehicle trying to hand out free Monster and take some photos. To his dismay, Jim told him to turn the music off and most of us passed on a can of gut-rot…But one or two people just couldn’t resist.

Everybody had a good session on this take-off gap over the path and 2 gutters. Newrick sweated this 360 for a while before firing it out first time.

Marv takes a power-nap.

Not bad for first hop of the day?

…The rest is just a blur.
