Complete bike warranty, what do you get?

  • 6 Months on a frame (against breaks)
  • 3 Months on parts (against breaks)
  • 30 Days against paint blemishes and defects

Aftermarket frames, forks and bars

  • 1 year free replacement (against breaks)
  • 30 Days against paint blemishes and defects

When the warranty period has expired, as a good will gesture we will offer to replace the damaged part with a brand new one at a discounted rate.

FBM Warranty Policy

Aftermarket frames

  • 30 days against manufacturing defects
  • 6 months against breaks (If during the first 6 months after the purchase of your FBM frame it breaks, you will have the option of purchasing a replacement frame at a reduced price.)

How do I submit a claim?
If you have a claim please make sure you provide us with the all the required information listed and use the contact form below which runs through step by step what we require. This is the fastest and most convenient way for you to submit and us to process your claim.

By making sure you provide all the information requested we will be able to deal with your claim quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Warranty of product, valid to the original owner only
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied showing the date of purchase
  • A damaged product must be returned for a claim to be processed
  • Costs in returning damaged products is down to the returnee

Any claims must be submitted with the following details:

  • Full product photo
  • Detailed photo of damaged area
  • Serial number (on frames)
  • Copy of original receipt/invoice
